The location was spot on right in the centre of Brussels. Owner made it easy to find. Property was tastefully decorated with a super large bathroom. The property was spacious for 7 guys, plenty of room to sleep, eat and privacy.

The only complaint is the sofa bed, it felt like I was sleeping across a metal bar. Other than that great place.

great location...near to attractions, train station & shops the host response is quite fast the wifi is great...the kitchen also great and spacious

The apartment was so spacious, traditional yet modern, with everything we needed. The bathroom was massive and so well stocked. Warm and cosy in winter, and the location (close to the station and in the heart of the old town) was absolutely perfect for just walking around town. Phillipe was an excellent communicator and he prepared the apartment a little earlier for our check in, which was appreciated. We wished we could stay longer.

Beware there are a lot of steep stairs if you have heavy suitcases, but if you are able to carry them there is no problem so don't let that deter you from staying here.

The location was ideal from transit and a hub within restaurants and nightlife. Apartment was expansive and very roomy for 4 ladies. Was especially nice to have two sinks and two mirrors!

A couple stairs are missing the stair nosing and cut open our friends foot. Please consider repairing these for other travelers.

Awesome location, literally seconds away from great restaurants and bars, and a very short walk to the Grand Place and Central Station. Lots of space with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious and well stocked. The one bedroom was quite large. Big enough for three of us, no problem. Our fourth friend was quite comfortable in the living room. Communication with host was great, although we didn't need to talk much.

It was a hot week in the summer, with no A/C. But we knew that going in. With windows and fans it was ok, but not what I'm used to.

Location is excellent, apartment is well equipped, comfortable beds, powerful shower. Good communication from owner.

It was like a home away from home in the centre of Brussels.

Location, close to train station. Walking distance to many attractions around the city center. Lots of space for 7 people (two families). walking distance to supermarket. Plenty of kitchen and dining space, utensils, plates, etc. Surprisingly quiet considering the surroundings.

One toilet/bathroom is not sufficient for a large group. Furniture not maintained properly; the sofa bed was broken on one side and we placed chairs on that side to support it. Contacted the host to report the problem and he acknowledged that they are in the process of upgrading the property and that we would not be held responsible for the pre-existing damage. The cable TV service did not work.

The pillows were uncomfortable
