Great place to stay, parking outside but still don't know the restrictions, town CTR very close to plenty of places to shop and eat. Overall great value for money accommodation.

Description of what's at the property is way off, no washing machine, no oven, no stove top, no kettle, the list goes on, this did affect our stay as we had brought food that cooks in the over, had to throw this in the bin and buy some microwave stuff instead, there is a hotplate but no other cooking essentials like oil or bread knife, most of the cups and plates were cracked or chipped.

First I have not received the code for the key locker and I couldn’t reach the owner for 30min standing by the doors and waiting for her to pick up the phone. Toilet is not “inside” of the apartment but in the common corridor area where is also private part (laundry room of the owner). When we were in the room she just came to laundry too to pick up her washed laundry. Bathroom is just behind the courtain. All dishes were dirty and there was even no dishwashing soap to wash anything myself. All towels were stone stiff and smelling chlorine and all were with permanent stains from chlorine so they looking like rags. In general property was dirty.

Excellent price-quality. We slept well, and could easily park in front of the door (free). Check-in at any time is very convenient. The studio is about a 15 mins’ drive from Kortrijk. The toilet is outside of the studio, but literally only 3 steps away. Not as if you need to cross an entire hallway. Good to be aware of, but we already read that in the reviews beforehand. The studio is next to a big road. Not too much traffic in the weekend though. We slept well, but were also dead tired. :-)

The studio was clean. The owners just forgot to empty the bathroom bin. Can happen, so no big issue. :) As you cannot open a window, it gets easily hot and humid inside (the steam from showering). There is airconditioning though. It is just the humid smell that is a bit unpleasant. For the price you pay, I think this place is top.

i mistakenly double booked accommodation and asked to move dates. this was declined and so lost our money.

Car parking is available in front of the house. A nice, spacious room with good bads. Big windows, facing busy street so, unfortunately can't be opened for fresh air. We can recommend app.as a fine place for sleeping and as a start point to discover the surrounding places. Must be said there is a shower exactly in the room, beside a bad what is not so bed! Toilet 🚽 is out of app.

The accommodation listing included a washing machine, but we were told that this was for private use. We were allowed to use it in the end, but it shouldn't be included in the amenities listing. The room was very close to the street and there was some traffic noise p
