"All good! But a bit noisy from the street. The owner is friendly!"

Availability of shampoo, hair dryer; availability of sugar, tee, spices, etc. It was warm in the apartment!

Toilet was not working very good. After the rain it was water (which was removed, but some signs were available)

Beautiful well decorated big apartment, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable living room to hang out in during Brussels rainy days

The apartment is in a well connected area, also there is a big supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious and nice.

1) The deposit policy - be aware that this is not a damage deposit (200 euros in cash), but it seems that you actually have to clean the apartment. Also, you must be there from 8-12 for the check out, if you leave earlier this might cause you extra hassle. I think that the deposit policy could be presented more clearly when booking the apartment. I felt very bad, as it appeared that we did not meet the expectations of the host. 2) Stairs to go to the bathroom.

It was a man on a shop beside who has provided the keys. Then the main door when I have arrived on the night was not easy to open, we took more than 15 minutes to get into

The host asked me for a deposit arriving for 200 euros, that has not been written in the conditions when I booked the room. The towels were not new and one was broken. It was not clean at all and glasses were all broken.

Spacious Loft. Just a beautiful apartment located in a calm and pleasant district. You have some amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, but it’s located like 10min from the old town. Would recommend 10/10.
