Top Centre Zara Apartment for 6 Guests on Main Street

Location is next to pedestrian zone. Also across the street there are burgers and street food. Parking next to the building, although is green zone there is free parking but may be full.

Everything was great! Perfect location, right at the centre of the city, close to shops, bars, etc. Fully equiped apartment even for a longer stay whether you want to cater yourselves or just enjoy the city.

It was a bit cold at the main living room (winter season). Seems like the air conditioner was not powerful enough to warm up the space. The bedrooms were fine though.

The place is very affordable, very clean, great beds, shower, kitchen and living room all sorted, tidy and with everything that you would need for a vacation. The Wi-Fi was also stable, consistant and reliable. It is just as in the pictures and it deserves a very good rating. Great privacy, great spot in the centre of the city with many shops, markets, parks and landmarks nearby.

The parking was not very well regulated. You do not have your own parking place and since the whole block depends on the same parking spots infront of the building it was hard to find a spot especially in peak hours, so we sometimes had to compromise walking to a certain place out of fear that someone will take our parking.

Inside the apartment was clean and very beautiful, the space is enough for to fit 4 adults or 2 adults plus 2 kids. The place it’s well equipped (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.). The location it’s fine, not noisy, 1 1/2 blocks from Ulista Tsar Simeon Veliki, the Main Street and pedestrian road of the city. Concerning improvements, I would appreciate a shower curtain to separate the toilet from the shower area, otherwise it’s quite messy with water running all over the bathroom.

The building its old, the entrance was dirty and the apartments in the other levels look a bit scary. The elevator is located on an in-between floor, not so convenient if you carry heavy or big luggage.

I strongly recommend this apartment. It is nice and clean. Close to a few good restaurants and street food. Close to the main street, history museum and other locations that one may want to see.

The location is fine.Size of the rooms is good.

The refrigerator was broken, and it is very small.It is working, but they need to exchange it.It has missing/broken plastic barriers on the door so nothing can be put there.Everything falls.There is no mop provided.After shower there is nothing to dry the bathroom's floor and its very slippery .There are not enough cooking pots,pans.All knives are blunt.The worst thing is a bar right under the bedrooms, which plays music until 5 am. every night and drunk people screaming all night long so nobody can sleep.
