Architectural City Loft

Overall great hosting, just 3 minuses. 1) the building is old, looks bad and smells bad, as opposed to the wonderful apartment, with quality design (although I could feel some mold smell inside, probably from the building which smells bad of mold - so I kept the windows opened); 2) it was impossible to separate the bedroom from the rest of the house, as the courtain was too small, so all the light went in - if not everybody goes to bed at the same time, it can be an issue, which could be addressed by the host with a larger courtain. Also, there were no spaces for hanging the clothes, except a small room next to the entrance, where cleaning products were held (could hang there 2, 3 blouses and a short jacket or two). 3) the access was not easy, we had to wait 20 minutes in the car as it poured rain outside — we waited for the host to open. Some people might not like that parking costs in this area.

In every respect the best apartment we could imagine for a short or longer stay. Perfect central location - walk to shops, restaurants, theatres, museums and transport. Excellent communication with the owners, spotlessly clean, fully appointed with comfortable furniture and appliances. The apartment is absolutely quiet, we never heard anything except the birds in the garden. Very light and sunny. There is a fixed bench streching across the entire wall from the balcony (loggia) to the street window which is very useful as a shelf for everything. There are no unnecessary decorative objects in the apartment - definitely a good example of Less is More.

The only worry we have is that some guest might move in permanently and we would not have such a nice place to go back to 😉. Thank you for everything!

Very modern beautiful apartment with all the amenities one needs in kitchen and bathroom. Very good shower. Very good heating (It was not cold so did not have to keep it high but I liked the fact I could easily manage the temperature to my liking. Even bathroom had a heated towel rack which to me is a bonus) The place was clean, tidy and welcoming. It was also very quiet while in the center of Sofia. Perfect internet connection and shops basically around the corner. Very easy to communicate with the host who responds to WhatsApp or telephone without delay. Very friendly and accommodating host. I will definitely book again when next in Sofia.

It's a very well-furnished and thought out apartment that gives a calm and cozy feeling. There's a lot of white color and natural wood that makes it very bright and roomy. There are plenty of clever solutions in the flat, such as the lighting, the ceiling, the sliding kitchen door, etc. Plus, the materials are very nice and feel luxurious, from the lights to the heating. This is not your average Sofia flat, it's much better. The bathroom is superb. Unlike many other places we've been to in the winter, it is very well heated. We didn't get to use the amenities, but I noticed a dishwasher and well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, hair dryer, etc. ... plus a Nespresso machine (always a good thing to have, although the best coffee in Sofia is 4 minutes on foot - Dabov). The apartment is in a perfect location in Sofia's city center, well connected and close to the metro. All nice central locations are walking distance.

I'm seriously thinking and still not able to find anything bad about the place.

A large, beautiful and clean apartment, a comfortable bed and a pleasant shower, a kitchen, cooking utensils, a washing machine, a large balcony, the apartment has everything you need for a long and a short stay, the apartment exceeds all expectations! Very close to the center, within walking distance, a great hostess responds quickly and communicates well! I will definitely recommend the apartment

Amazing loft in the city center. Beds were super comfy, everything very clean and the communication with the host very clear and efficient.

Can't mention anything I didn't like.

The loft was roomy and conveniently located; just a 10 minutes walk from the centre. It was bright, airy, and clean. Kalina was an amazing host!

The loft is on the 4th floor and the building does not have an elevator, so getting luggage upstairs was a bit of a task. However, outside getting our luggage in and out the loft was very comfortable & well situated.
