Fortuna Apartments

Fabulous location, very close to the gondola. Great bar downstairs.

The location is excellent. It’s very close to the gondola, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around Bansko very convenient.

The apartment felt very dated and in need of maintenance. While it appeared generally clean, many of the furnishings and fixtures are old enough that the place doesn’t feel fresh. The curtain panels didn’t cover the full width of the windows and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The beds were quite stiff and the pillows very low, which made them uncomfortable. There were also stains on the sheets and the towels were very small and worn. In the bathroom, the shower curtain and rod were old, and the rod was being held up with a wedged receipt, which didn’t give a great impression.

The apartment is very close to the Gondola (less than 5 minutes walk with full ski equipment). The apartment is clean and well organized. The apartment gives good money-value ratio. I liked the Sauna and the pool in the Spa. The owner was very communicative and responsive to all our requests !

Расположены в центре, до подьемника буквально 5 минут пешком. Продуктовые магазины, кафэ и рестораны всё рядом. Гараж для автомобиля под домом, удобно.

Номер на втором этаже, из-за соседних зданий было мало солнца.

The fact that we were close to gondola and the location is very good. The staff gave us what we needed without any problems.

The apartment was not clean, especially the tioilet. The beds are not too comfortable. We had very dated facilites especually the mop and squeezer. Bath leaks too much water and not comfortable. I suggest you refurbish the bathroom.
