Host was very kind and arranged for us to get a free room upgrade as soon as it became available.

As stated on the listing there is no elevator. Our host and a security guard kindly helped us with our luggage.

Great location, very warm. Good comunication with host. The apartment is big enough for 6 people (even more with small effort). It's equipped with all basic needs, even washing machine (did not use personally, but it's there. Clean sheets and towels. Helpfull with the boiler problem that appeared.

I put this here especially for the owners/administrators. The cleaning lady did not a good job after the previous guests. There was dirt, dust and hair on the rug in the kitchen, the glass table was dirty. There was dust and hair in other area of the aparments. The flooring needs to be changed (hug gaps - probably water spillings from the washing machine) - maby ceramic tiles would be best . Bioler needs profesional repairs or change. 4-th floor with no elevator. Knew-it from booking but stiil an inconvenience.
