The location was top! You can't ask better for that price! Speaking of price, it was a good value vs. price. The place has everything neeeded (pillows, blankets, cutlery), great terrace with stunning view of the cathedral and very secured underground parking. The owner is great and the communication is easy.

The bathroom can have few things to get better: - there's an electric cable visible and not so good isolated. It might be covered with some furniture, as it represents some danger, even if it's high on the wall. - definitely there's need of more hangers to hang your clothes when you take a shower. Anyways, even with these side notes the place is great.

Nos recibieron genial. Tiene unas vistas desde la terraza espectaculares. Está cerca del centro y se puede ir caminando hasta el paseo marítimo. Tiene plaza de garaje privada en el mismo edificio, gratuito. Tiene 2 tv, lavavajillas...

Todo estaba muy bien.

Perfect location and amazing view of the Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral!

The host Venelin was very helpful and made our stay hassle free. We definitely going use this apartment in our next trip to Varna.

The host is very friendly, kind, and open to helping with anything you need. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The balcony is large, and the view is stunning. The location is close to the center, the cathedral, and the market. The highlight is the large, supervised, and secure parking. Access is via the elevator, and the area is quiet. I highly recommend this place.

The shower isnt separately defined, but has a drainage in the middle of the bathroom and you have to mop afterwards

The location of the apartment is very good - right next to Varna’s Cathedral, but yet - in a quiet area. It’s located in a new building and has a designated parking space, which makes it particularly convenient (although navigating through the busy parking could be a bit challenging). The apartment was convenient for a company of 2, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more guests. It features a great balcony with a really good city and sea views.

Cleanliness was an area of concern - the entire place felt like it was lightly vacuumed and mopped, but surely hadn’t gone through a major, professional cleaning recently. The sofa and the chairs were stained, the shelves and the drawers were dusty. There were amenities, such as a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment, but there was not a single cleaning tablet or detergent, provided by the host.
