"Overall we had a good time in Bansko"

Apartment was clean and good size for family of 4. Easy to get in with code - no keys needed. Everything you need is there. Short walk to gondola (about 10 min with kids). Quiet area. Was warm in winter.

We had issues with hot water(turning off while showering) so taking shower was a nightmare! Contacted host but didn't resolve issue during our stay. Apartment could do with a bit of maintenance. Lit a fire in fireplace but I would say chimney needs a clean as it died very quickly.

The apartment is close (short walking distance) to every thing in Bansko - gondola station, restaurants, stores, etc It is exactly like in the presentation pictures. It is located in a very quiet zone and easy to pak nearby.

I'm 6ft 4 inch and you need to be aware some of the ceiling are very low.

The place is big enough and has good potential. Close to everything.

A lot of small stuff made us unhappy. The hot water in the shower change to cold rapidly + the strim is not good enough. There was a smell of old cooking in the kitchen. Its not posible to leave most windows open because it might rain. So thr place gets hot sometimes. This place had the grade of 8.9 when we booked so we expected it to be better.
