Predivna lokacija u samom centru grada,neposreda blizina svih potrebnih sadržaja. Besplatan parking, odmah u dvorištu zgrade gdje se nalazi apartman. Iznimno slatko je mali balkončić, za mene najljepši dio apartmana. Ljubazno i susretljivo susjedstvo. Kontakt sa domaćinima brz, efikasan, upute jasne, nisam ih upoznala, ali se čine dragi i susretljivi ljudi na usluzi u svako doba. Rijetko dolazim u Banja Luku, ovo je prvi put da sam odsjela u apartmanu u zgradi i imam samo lijepa iskustva. Sigurno i slijedeći put odsjednem u AP, Tatjana.
