Central Academic Apartment Sofia

Great location. All possible equipment available. Old building needing renovation. Bad shower. Bed a little hard and small for a big couple.

Central location, includes everything you might need, a large bed with a comfortable mattress. Feels very cozy in general.

The floor in the entire bathroom gets wet very quickly when taking a shower. The pillows were too soft for us, but that's a personal preference.

The location was great, the flat was very well equipped, even had some basics like coffee, sugar and salt (which is always very convenient when you don't have to buy those things).

The drain in the bathroom didn't work very well, but that seemed to be a Bulgarian problem, as that occurred in basically all the places I've stayed.

I spent a week there and I know it would be hard to find a better location. The apartment is in the very center and you can walk to all the attractions. It is spacious, on the third floor (there is an elevator) in a six-story building so it does not get as hot in the summer as on the top floor. The air conditioning in the living room works very well, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The owner responds to emails/texts immediately but does not impose himself. If you like more privacy and a more homely atmosphere than in a hotel, this is the perfect place. Very good value for money.

Very good location. You can go almost to any place in sofia by foot. The appartment was clean and had everything i needed. Air conditioner and fan included!
