If we can overlook the state of the unwashed windows and the balcony considering the beginning of the season, the internal cleaning was superficial with cobwebs in some visible places, very dirty and worn sponge for dishes, cracked dishes, dish detergent 'millimetric' , the lighting level in the bathroom was quite at the limit and broke down in the penultimate day, working with luck intermittently. So the lamp by the mirror that did not work at all would have been very useful. The heating in the bathroom did not work and for this reason we had to overheat all the other rooms to achieve compensation in this space. So any potential electricity savings that we could have made were thus compromised, the bathroom heating up very slowly. Consequently, in the first hour of the stay, almost all the electrical equipment was working and overloaded the system, which failed, but the maintenance company's intervention was quite quick. However, indirect communication on the booking site is not the best method in the relationship with the client if you want a personalized response because the client is on vacation and does not follow the applications , he contacted you directly, by phone, when needed. De verwarming in de slaapkamer deed het niet en vuilniszakken voor de afvalbak en schoonmaakdoekjes waren niet aanwezig.

Toller Meerblick, ganz netter kleiner Strandabschnitt, Restaurants in der Nähe, die jetzt aber bereits geschlossen sind (Anfang November). Zwei Läden gibt es auch, die in der Saison geöffnet sind!

1. Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da der "Gastgeber" davon ausgeht, daß jeder perfekt Englisch spricht! Was bei mir nicht der Fall ist. Außerdem lagen dort drei einzelne Schlüssel. (Einzeln kann man leicht verlieren) Am Ende wurde ich belehrt, daß ich die Anweisungen besser lesen soll! 2. In der dritten Etage angekommen, wo sich die Wohnung befindet, roch es stark nach Zigarettenqualm, da die Nachbarin, aus 305, der Meinung war, dort rauchen zu müssen. Der "Gastgeber" meinte, er sei dafür nicht zuständig! 3. Der "Gastgeber" verlangte von mir, für Wäschewaschen, zusätzliche Gebühren (60 Leva), obwohl das im Zimmerpreis bereits inkludiert ist! (booking.com hat das zum Glück abgelehnt. Danke an den freundlichen Mitarbeiter und an booking.com) 4. Es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung und nirgends gab es Hinweise darauf, ob man mit der Klimaanlage auch heizen kann, keine Gebrauchsanweisung gar nichts. Versuche scheiterten, mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen. Ich kann also nur empfehlen, außerhalb der Saison, eine Wohnung zu mieten, die ausdrücklich eine HEIZUNG anbietet!!! Dies war mein zweiter und letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung!!! In meinen Augen war das Verhalten des "Gastgebers" völlig unangemessen, gegenüber einem zahlenden Gast. Auch wurde ich von der rauchenden Nachbarin, im Treppenhaus belästigt. Sie wurde laut und beschimpfte mich, auf Bulgarisch. Dabei wirkte sie, auf mich, als wäre sie betrunken. Den sog. Gastgeber ließ das völlig kalt!!! Er war nur scharf darauf, die 60 Leva zu bekommen. Was ich ablehnte.

Lipsa suport dus, miros neplacut in baie (miros mucegai). Lipsa comunicare cu gazda (am informat despre lipsa suport dus fara raspuns).

Nasz drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie. Obiekt świetnie położony z widokiem na morze, blisko nie przepełnionej plaży. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracja. Przestronny apartament. Cicha i spokojna okolica, bezproblemowe parkowanie samochodu.

Zastaliśmy brudne podłogi, kurz na półkach i niedomyte naczynia. Woda ma przerażający zapach i nie nadaje się do picia oraz sporządzania kawy, herbaty oraz posiłków. Papier toaletowy w ilości 2 rolek dla 4 osób na 11 dni. W łazience z kanalizacji przez cały pobyt wydzielał się bardzo nie przyjemny zapach. Dwukrotnie zepsuła się spłuczka. W krzesłach oraz stolikach poluzowane śruby. Rezerwacja była dla 4 osób lecz brakowało 4 pościeli oraz poduszek dla 2 osób. Uszkodzony przewód wentylacyjny odprowdzający zapachy z pochłaniacza. Małą ilość naczyń (filiżanki, talerzyki).

Apartamentul este foarte aproape de plaja si priveliștea din balcon deosebită, camere mari, spațioase, bucătăria dotata cu cele necesare. Persoana de legătură a fost de notă 1000.

Firma de curățenie ar fi bine ca pe viitor sa se implice mai mult. De exemplu, chiuveta din baie era infundata și am descoperit ca era "pe țeavă" un tub mic de gel de duș, lucru care se putea observa de către cei care se ocupa de curățenie dacă spălau chiuveta 😁. În baie se simte un miros de umezeală.
