Sometimes you find a jewel in the property crown, this is one. Very nice, quiet location in countryside. Friendly and welcoming host. Comfortable bed.

Nothing was up to a minimum standard

All the house is old and badly kept.. the room was orrible..I have been put to sleep on the ceiling and the dirt and the bad smell of dump was unbearable.

we enjoyed the quiet and rural location; a very good selection of local beers was available. Breakfast was rustic and included fresh bread and eggs from the hens outside.

We didn't spot the aircon in room (our fault) - but we will know for next time. There was no coffee in room - but we could have made it in the adjacent breakfast area - which we will also know next time! I left clothing in the room, which the host was kind enough to set side for me to collect two weeks later - thank you.

What a lovely place! We booked one night here on our drive across Europe and were happily surprised to discover this beautiful spot. Very hospitable owners who kindly upgraded our room so we could have air-conditioning, and talked to us about the area. The accommodation is located in a quiet spot yet close to main roads for onward transportation. The room was large and very comfortable, and looked out on the grounds where horses, donkeys and peacocks roamed. On our way out, we encountered the best thing of all: Missy, the enourmous black Newfoundland dog. Definitely recommended.
