Green Life, Bansko, private property in the complex Paradiso Verde, apartman C23

The internet was working at poor or fair speed, which means it was not possible to do anything related to work. Internet connection is via the Green Resort Hotel, which is located 200 meters away. That's why we had an additional cost of 150 euros for the private purchase of an internet add-on. Another option was to walk 200 meters to the hotel lobby. This apartment is located next to the Green Resort hotel, but it has nothing to do with it except that it shares the same name. This is a private suite. The host told us during the reservation that the pool and spa are paid for up to a certain price, and on the spot we were informed that the full price should be paid because we are not hotel guests. Because this is a private suite that only uses the name of the hotel. There is no cutlery, no cooking equipment, no sufficient number of plates, no cloths, no garbage bags. There was no hair dryer until we contacted the host so we got one a day later. So, if you come here, take everything with you or buy everything on the spot.

False Information. This is not a Resort/Hotel. Private flat without hotel service and the Spa/Pool was not included. Only after contacting the owner and complained we got the spa included (as described at booking.com)

they didn’t give us a key for the main door! the electricity and the water were completely shut and there was no warm water when we arrived for about 2-3 hours since it’s on boiler! it was cold, it was dark and not much clean! there was no toilet paper!

It wasn't a busy season but we always had problems to find a parking spot in the evening. In the description and pictures there is an indoor pool, wellness and sauna but it was only for the hotel guests.
