Good location.

Unhelpful, unreliable and unqualified staff (they could not even arrange a taxi for us properly). The room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. They said the toilet paper and soap are not included in the price (even according to the website it does)!! These are basic equipments for a Hostel too, should be obvious in an apartment hotel! I definitely do not recommend to stay here!

We loved the location, because it was close to the city centre (about 20 minutes walk), but the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with towels, hairdryer and an iron. The kitchen could be better equiped, however we were only two people so those few plates, cups, cutlery, bowls and one pan did the job to prepare snacks and a simple breakfast. More important for us was having a stovetop and although it wasn't shown in the pictures, we had an electric travel stove so it was a nice surprise. The bathroom was very basic, but clean. The pool was amazing, also clean, quiet, located from the eastside, so it was sunny until 16-17pm. We were there at the begining of september and it was almost always empty, just for us. The check in and check out was contactless and very easy. About a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, which was also beautiful. We rented a car and there was no problem with finding a parking spot on the street. We also used public buses that go from the closest bus stop "Hotel Arda", maybe 1-2 minutes walk from Summer Breeze, very close. There is Aldo supermarket right next to the hotel, but we recommend T Market, 5 minutes walk from there, for better prices and bigger choice of products. I think that the price is great for what you can get in this apartment, so we really recommend it!

We didn't get any soap or dishwashing gel. Although the pictures showed a kettle, we also didn't get one, however we didn't need it so maybe if you contact the owner (Best Choice Properties) they could provide a kettle, we didn't try it. The mattress was a little squeaky, but I don't think it's a big problem for this price :) We tried asking for some details on whatsapp, but the owners' replies aren't really helpfull so be prepared to rely on yourself. Don't worry, you will get check in instructions on time (we could even check in a little earlier after they prepared the apartment quickly for us), however other answers for another of our questions were not satisfying.
