Deluxe Apartment with Shared Pool

Beautiful, spacey one bedroom apartment, located beach front, with direct access to the beach and to the shared pool in the back. You can enjoy the terrace at the entrance and in front of the pool or watch the sunset from the living room. There are extras provided by the host such as games, things you can use on the beach like wind screen, umbrella, toys for kids, spices in the kitchen… There was good communication with the host.

The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable. The maximum parking time in the area is 4 hours a day.

It’s clean and tidy, very friendly staff.

However, we were not able to use the pool and I saw a note that we need to pay for towels which I find it doesn’t seem very good. These things should be mentioned before or at the book stage.

We loved having both the pool and the beach on the doorstep (literally). The pool shower facilities were a great idea which allowed us to shower off sand before using the pool or going into the flat. The flat was lovely and cool even when it was hot outside. The bed was super comfy. We loved the local supermarket.

Locating the bins was tricky and a bit of a concrete maze.

Oven wasn't suitable for us.

Location, step outside your window directly on the boardwalk. Big living room. Easy check-in process. Early check 14h and late checkout 11h. Heating in living area works super well. Baby bed and chair and changing pad available. The owner accommodated a last minute booking change. Friendly exchanges. Super cheap outside season parking in front! Nice couple of resto and café, super bakery only a few houses away.

Dishwasher was broke. Hairdryer not usable. No washing machine. Not very clean, needed to take an allergy pill. Heating in bedroom is a small electric one, it works quick but not comfortable to sleep with. Sleeping without it is not possible, the room gets cold and humid and our blanket was not warm enough! And for our little one was also cold. Not possible to sleep in the dark. Bed makes so much noise that it woke twice our little boy just by turning myself in the other side.. This is not a 4 star luxury apartment but a 3 star one that needs some work and updates and it can become great.

Excellent location for the beach and day trips to Bruges and Ghent. Nice quiet area with local restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking spaces.

There were some minor cleaning issues and damage from previous guests. Unlocking the main door was also a little difficult. We notified our host and they were friendly and offered some compensation to fix the issues.

That the previous people broke some stuff but this has nothing to do with the owners or the appartement in it’s original state. They are great and so is the appartement.
