The place is fantastic

Everything ok

The location was perfect. We were located opposite the supermarket. It made easy to us to purchase food and bring it home effortlessly. A very neat place, silent and cosy. We really enjoyed staying there. The owner of this place was very honest and friendly. He clearly knows how to approach people. We are very grateful for his hospitality.

I texted Dirk when I got there & he came with the key and explained anything that we needed to know. The flat was clean and tidy and looked great. Bed was comfy and bedroom was a good size. It was close to shops and restaurants Also convenient for visiting Dinant and several war museums .Lovely walk around La Roche

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Dirk has thought of everything you could need for your stay and the bed was especially great. We had problems with our train connection and arrived later than planned, but Dirk was so kind and accommodating about it and met us on our arrival with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge! Amazing stay and host!

This is more of a problem with booking.com's set up, but we did not know we needed to bring 300 euro security deposit until Dirk told us. It's a bit hidden on the conditions on booking.com, but it all worked out fine.

Modern and clean, well designed. Very good bed. Nice bathroom. We’ll equipped kitchen. Vicinity to the supermarket. Central location, La Roche is great for walks. Friendly welcome.

Automatic lighting in bathroom (very annoying at night). Extra cost for the towels. Building noise next door. Not an attractive part of the street. 300 euros cash deposit!
