"Convenient apartment in central location."

Well located apartment - close to Armidale CBD. Very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Owner quick to respond to requests.

Quite a few steps to reach apartment on second floor from carpark. Kitchen was in need of refurbishment. Older style apartment block.

Location Space Equipment (Kitchen) and extras supplied. Eg - tea and coffee, milk ect.

Bathroom - shower floor was on an angle and then Toilet was difficult to flush properly.

On the whole the apartment was pleasant and comfortable. In a good location with satisfactory kitchen equipment and access to laundry facilities. Several heaters for chillier times.

The bathroom is in need of full renovation.
