The hotel reception area was very nice and cosy. The apartment had most of the basic ammenties needed for a stay. The location wasn't too far from the centre / main strip of shops, about a 10/15 minute walk at worst. We personally picked up ski kit in the town, as the idea off lugging it down & up each day wouldn't be ideal if someone wanted to do that, but the hotel may offer a shuttle? We mainly chose the location due to the reasonable stay cost & limitied options. As booking.com pushed this option through as it was 'typically' sold out for this period annually, we decided on this place to stay. Photos attached are from after the visit.

We booked for a 2 single beds, however upon arrival it was 2 single beds connected with a double mattress on top with a single sheets for each person, not ideal as this wasn't the equivelant to 2 single beds which was advertised on booking.com. I personally foun the pillows very thin as typically hotels/airbnbs have 2 pillows on either side for choice. We had a small delay getting the key code, but once we called the property manager - this was sorted quite quickly, a text of the code would've sufficed to allow us to pick up the keys as we got there. A better set of clear instructions & pictures would be beneficial to help locate the right building entrance and the keys prior to arrival (Head to the main hotel entrance and head to the buildings opposite for A-B block). Although the place was cheap to rent, I found it too basic for what is needed; some of the utilities and facilities had poor workmanship in areas (a common theme with Bankso). Also we couldn't access the spa and pool without paying 10 Euro per person per use, as the listing suggested this was included in the price however this listing is privately managed and not under managament by the hotel which you'd be led to believe. Instead we opted to visit the private thermal spa's in the neighbouring areas which were ideal (under-development, but quiet). Slightly flawed bathroom as there is no window, the venting of moisture is reliant on the weakly powered extractor fan, not aided by the very thin glass shower divider which allows the whole bathroom to get soaked.

beautiful apartment, everything you need. Close to the center. Huge room and everything you need. My recommendation

there was privacy

WI Fi was very bad. And Spa was extra charge

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has all the kitchen appliances that one may need. There is a parking available Infront of the hotel.

The internet was slow.
