Loved the location, was very central with everything in walking distance from the apartment. The town is so rich in history and so many nature activities to choose from

Some things need a bit of a deep clean, the couch, occasional chairs and scatter pillows unfortunately smell bad

-Localisation excellente avec un petit parking gratuit 100 mètres plus loin -La plus belle vue de la roche sur le château depuis ce petit balcon 🙂 -Magnifique spectacle les soirées d’été juste en face sur le château à apprécier tout en sirotant un verre sur le balcon -Très propre et equipé

- Le seul et unique gros point noir c’est l’évacuation de vos déchets le jour de votre départ, il vous faut obligatoirement traverser la ville à pied avec vos sacs poubelles… Je trouve cela vraiment contraignant surtout pour un montant de 100€ pour les frais de ménage ! - Beaucoup de règles à respecter au risque de perdre une partie de votre caution de 300€..

De locatie, het mooie uitzicht en de functionaliteiten. Alles was aanwezig.

Bij extreem warme dagen, wel warm binnen, living en keuken zijn onder het dak, wel slim opgelost door kamers op benedenverdieping te maken. Mijn echtgenote mistte ook een grote spiegel, (in de hal).

Geweldige locatie. Beveel het aan, zou het zo opnieuw doen. Geweldig

This stay was the highlight of our vacation traveling the Netherlands and coming into Belgium. As a former vacation rental host myself , I can say both with a personal and professionally critical eye that the property is very consciously maintained and offered to be enjoyed in every way. The town of Roch-en-Ardenne is such an oasis in a sea of busy tourism of other towns, it is really a place to slow down and unwind in beauty and history. How special that the view from Les Bleuets directly overlooks the castle! The apartment is sparkling clean and the beds as well as upstairs living room and kitchen very comfortable. I loved the light coming in the upstairs balcony , skylight and windows, and that you can step out and sit on balcony. To help others with confusion I had originally at time of booking.. 1. Parking was easily found on the street, the parking lot directly in front is not free. 2. Bath towels are not included , but there were small face or hand towels .We drove by car so we brought our own bath towels. Coming from USA the fact of no bath towels made me wary of what else was not included , but in fact the bed linens were very nice quality and in the kitchen there were dish towels as well as paper towels. 3. Yes , the disposing of our garbage was a bit worrisome , but we found it following the directions. There is a combination lock on the door which is small numbers, take a flashlight if you go after dark . 4. There are two flights of stairs , one into the apartment and one up from the bedrooms into the kitchen and sitting area , but this is so common in Europe , much more than in the USA. 6. Bathrooms … all separate ..1 toilet , 1 beautiful bathtub , and 1 shower . It all worked very well for our party of 3 reasonably fit seniors .
