Family 2 bed Apartment in Bansko

The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm on arrival! There are two balconies, good sized wardrobes and facilities to wash and dry clothing. The use of the spa facilities across the road is an added bonus. The apartment is conveniently located, with the Main Street only a minute away where you’ll find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is only 5-7mins walk to the gondola.

The views from the balconies were great, but you can't enjoy it for the reasons below.

There is a builders working in the house opposite and horrible loud noise constantly together with the dust, which is everywhere in the flat. After you take a shower you can feel the dust on your hands, face etc. and you can even taste it. It is health hazard - not just dirty. We left on the second day and it is a crime that the host is letting it! Never mind the blocked sinks, bath and a wash machine connected straight to the boiler so the programs are irrelevant as it is washing your clothes with boiling water and ruins them. I am attaching my communication with the host. All the furniture is very old and the beds not comfortable at all. Total waist of money, but the main point is you can't control the dust coming from the builders even if the doors are shut. If someone stays longer can end up in hospital with breathing difficulties.

Distance to lift and centre, price, lovely sunny views, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable.

Sofa beds were uncomfortable (although when I pointed this out they are being replaced). We should have got 3 bedroom apartment so we could have a longer to chill in too (not the owners fault).

Spacious apartment. Good service from host. Lots of free parking and great location for gondola, shops and restaurants (just a few minutes away).

Furniture and facilities are quite old and tired, so accommodation is expensive for what it is. The beds are not particularly comfortable. Lifts in the building are not reliable, which is not ideal when you are on the third floor and have skis to carry.

We had a great stay, Charis was really helpful in directing us to ski-hire and a ski-instructor. He was a great host, checked in via whatsapp to ensure we had all we needed. The apartment was cosy, warm, tons of piping hot water, clean and had plenty of facilites - netflix, cooking facilities and 2 balconies with fab views. If we go back to Bansko, I'd definitely see if Charis had availability. It was ideal. Thank you very much for a great stay :)

We left the property 1h after the accommodation - dirty, dead flies on the floor, strange substances.

The apartment was not cleaned and when reached the owner he explained the cleaner left without cleaning. He took the whole amount of our stay and refused to refund it, although we left immediately. No sheets, blankets, pillow -awful place. Dead flies everywhere.

Great location, spacious, clean apartment.
