non abbiamo avuto modo di attivare il riscaldamento in camera da letto, molti problemi nel bagno (lo scaldabagno scaricava a terra e, a meno che non mettevamo un tappeto a terra, il bagno diventava inaccessibile). mancava una macchina del caffè e inoltre sarebbe stato ideale avere delle coperte in più in caso di necessità

A little far away from everything

Excellent location, close to the city center. Well-maintained new building with secure access.

There was no hot water - so we had to take shower with semi-cold one. The customer support replied that there was water hot water outage in the area which is out of their control, which I personally found as a joke considering that there was a big water heater in the appartment that was not working properly. The appartment could also have been cleaned better - the glasses were dirty with coffee marks and the floor in the living room was partially dirty, like no proper detergent was used as there was a visible lay on it (same for the kitchen parts).

Not up to standard and unpleasant place to relax in.

Not enough info to get access into the building facility. We got stuck for multiple minutes because we didn't get told how to enter into the building through the code. The lighting in our room was infested with bugs whilst the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in and felt like sleeping on wood. The washing machine was even more disgusting and moldy. The electric stove doesn't turn on so we couldn't cook and heat anything up. The central heating also doesn't work either! For the way this place was markatised we expected the least a bit of communication when I asked the landlord about this, very slow replies and ignored.

They disrespect their customers at all. When I check in after my flight at the night time I come in and found inside of the shoesbox used dirty socks from previous customers with bad smell , I went to take shower and on drain of shower was with hairs from previous customers, sink didn’t flush properly , on boiler for hot water was a lot of dust . Everywhere a lot of dust, under bed, on the floor , behind bedside table, It's as if no one has cleaned here for years. Inside of the kitchen sink I’ve found used rags wit a bad smell , electric kettle lid was broken . I messaged to manager , they didn’t give me any good advice for solving the problem. Only told that I need to go out from apartments and they can clean at the next day, when I ask regarding of my luggage, when I can keep it during cleaning they just send me the link of storage facilities which I must to pay,why I should spend my time for it if I already paid . I asked them to return money from this booking but they fully ignored me .

Автоматична система за настаняване изцяло на Английски.По сложно нещо не бях срещал.Изпратиха ми линк за качване на личните документи.След седмия опит успях да кача едната лична карта.Чакахме,писахме и звъняхме на някакъв Хърватски номер за връзка,за да ни изпратят кодове за настаняване,но така и не получихме.В 23:30 часа започнаха да ни пишат,че очаквали и за втория гост данни от личната карта,което беше абсурдно.Ние вече си бяхме наели друг хотел.В 00:30 ч на следващия ден ни изпратиха код за достъп,който беще напълно ненужен.Нямам думи да опиша разочерованието си от цялата простотия,която ме засипа от въпросните домакини.
