Almost no toilet paper left Price compared to similar apartments in the área too high (very básic unit)

Location is good, but there is not any available park area.

The apartment has not good shower cabin, when you take a shower all water went to surface. And we had to clean all water.

Accommodation was close to the beach yet away from the Main Street.. as guest we could use the facilities at the beach..

Great apartament in a new building on a quiet stret very close to the centre. Right in front of the block, there's a little park, which is perfect for people with kids.

The location is great - quiet, but central and very well-connected. The building is new and the lift was comfortable. The apartment was spacious and bright with a nice view of a small park.

We had several issues during our stay. Firstly, the property had not been cleaned, which the host company denied and refused to send over cleaning staff. There was dust, lint, and hair in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom, as well as dirt on the balcony, and the bedsheets were stained. Second, there is no noise insulation at all, and all noise from the hallway, lift, and neighbours can be heard very loudly. Next, there was no hot water for several days, despite there being a boiler in the apartment. Lastly, a staff person tried to enter the flat while we were there. They did not ring the doorbell or knock, and we were not given prior notice. We did not receive an adequate explanation for this and felt uneasy during the rest of our stay. Overall, this is a nice flat, but very poorly managed. The management company were rather unpleasant alltogether - unhelpful and rude throughout our communication, and had no reachable phone numbers (and did not speak Bulgarian). I would recommend avoiding this company's properties in the future.
