Perfect location,modern design

All open space heat with small connector,which wasn't on when I entered in place.The temperature was 16C..I bye electric heater to make place comfortable.The AC isn't working ..

It's probably one of the best places in Sofia! It was great. It's spacious, clean, very good, fully furnished and comfortable. The air conditioning was great even in the hottest days. The bathroom is modern, and the hot water pressure is amazing! All of the decoration gives you a great mood! 100% recommended! Location is absolutely spot on.

The apartment is in the lively downtown area . Also close to public transportation. The apartment itself had all the basics for a short stay. It was clean . The bed was comfortable . The bathroom had soaps and shampoo. The shower had a good water pressure. There was an issue with the lights at the stairs upon arrival and it was hard to figure out/see which apartment it is. We called the emergency number and got help. The problems with the lights was also fixed before the next evening. As a suggestion for the owners : a welcome sticker at the door, a name plate , or just a dry flower arrangement can help against late night calls from lost guests :)

The same things that were already mentioned from other guests: While the bed was comfortable, it was very squeaky . The drain in the bathroom is in the middle of the floor, instead under the shower and doesn't drain fast, so the whole floor becomes a puddle. The ''balcony '' is actually just a step , no place to stand or sit.

As a digital nomad who stays in nearly a hundred different apartments every year, I cannot express what a disappointment this stay was. The management company that oversees the property is nothing short of terrible. They do not provide any form of contact other than by phone, which if you’re traveling, means a very expensive phone bill. If you email the property for help, their replies take upwards of several hours. What’s worse, as they ironically request “let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable,” they are not prepared to do anything to support their guests. I requested a simple replacement towels for a week’s long stay, and they told me I would have to pay €20, even as I explained the towel I had smelled bad after just 2 uses and wasn’t even worth €20 if you bought it new. But what really makes this stay such a poor experience is how management handled health and safety concerns. When I first checked into the property, it smelled like what can only be described as urine. When I messaged the management about the issue, they admitted they were aware of the issue and suggested I buy candles to cover up the smell. I explained I was not interested in staying in an apartment that smelled like a sewer. However, despite my concerns and despite the management company acknowledging they knew about the issue, the company refused to move me to another property or cancel my stay without a full cancellation fee. What’s worse is how Booking.com handled the matter, doing nothing to defend my right to stay in a hygienic property. Needless to say, what this property company is doing is a scam. If they’re aware there is an issue with the apartment smell, they should disclose that clearly in the apartment description. However, instead, they deceive you into booking with them and then hold your money ransom knowing very well that Booking.com won’t protect its customers.
