Please note that the whole apartment is adapted for tall people, with large beds and tall doors. Please note that guests are required to send a copy of their valid identity card or passport to the accommodations. This is required due to insurance reasons. Please note that check in is at 3 pm. Guests will receive a 6 digit code at 3 pm. The code gives guests access to the main building, as well as the apartment on the second floor. To enter the apartment fill in the code, followed by #. Please note that the 6 digit code is also the WiFi password. The WiFi connection name is stayinghent. Please note that check out is until 11 am. Check in and check out times are flexible. Please contact the accommodations in advance to request a different check in or check out time. Please note that the accommodations also provides a secured luggage room. This can be used free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
