The location is probably the best, Calm and cosy

The Internet was not so good unfortunately, not so great for work, but all the rest was amazing!

Location was ok, the electric devices in the kitchen were ok, however you don’t really need washing machine when you travel for a few days.

In a nasty building that smells mold, which is not residential, but only museum offices or something, with broken steps and damaged walls, there is a small one bed flat which was probably an office, with some cool decoration. And period. That’s not enough at all for this price. The bathroom has no bathtube/ room for shower, nothing at all, not even courtains, the walls were dirty, the dust was everywhere, the beds are noisy with every simple move, electric hazard on the wall next to the sleeping area of one of the quests, and the list may go on and on. The first gate locks automatically, the second one (the Braun one) was never locked. We saw weird older men drinking alcohol, leaving this block. Host/ agency has no app to communicate via phone number with guests, it’s only though texts or Bulgarian number. Were trying to contact booking.com since our first hours there and we managed only many hours after.. I would avoid..

It was central and relatively clean. Was nicely furnished.

The lock box was broken so we were standing on the street for two hours at 11pm as it took them a while to believe us the box was broken. There wasn't a number to call on their page even though it says there was. When they arrived they were nice though. The place looks nicer in the photos than real life, the place is fine but nothing fancy. Things like a mop for the shower (it's directly on the floor) were missing. The bed was incredibly creaky and noisy, you can't move without waking up the person next to you. In terms of value, the €50 cleaning fee added a lot to what I thought was a good deal, and then because we had to pay €20 for lockers it meant we were probably better booking somewhere else to get better value for money.

The location of the house was its best feature. The person who contacted us (alex) was very helpful. It was a good feature to have many appliances at home, from iron to air purifier. It has enough space for two people.

When we first entered the house, the floors and sofas were not clean. When we told them, they sent a team and had it cleaned. However, when we opened the windows, we realized that the external windows had not been cleaned for a very long time and the house had not been ventilated. Therefore the house was very stuffy. It is a big problem that there is no shower cabin and the whole floor gets wet when we take a shower.

Since weather was already chilly, place was perfect to walk around during the day (the location is great, either walking or taking public transport) and have good shelter from the cold at night. We had everything we needed to enjoy a dinner inside, watch tv, whatever.

The location is what could sell this place.

I booked two nights but was unable to seep as it was too noisy. The property was not clean and overall I found it a bit disappointing. I got in touch with the manager of the place and have been told they are going to action on these.
