Location is perfect. 1 minute from the center and 3 minutes from the sea garden.

No possibility of checking-in earlier. You can do it only after 15:00. The owners should be more flexible or at least provide the option to leave the luggage earlier. I don't think half an hour or even an hour earlier should be a problem. I went to an event with my luggage, because I couldn't leave it at the place.
