The apartment was fine - very IKEA, so not comfortable or homely. Toilet was great for contortionists as far too small!

Major building work outside meant flat was virtually inaccessible for mobility impaired 88 year old Mum (they knew in advance). Asked for a move to one of their 16 other properties in the area, but declined. Had to get booking.com involved to get refund and book elsewhere after one night. Very poor service to take booking knowing work was happening and show no understanding for the situation.
