The appartment is brand new, lots of space for 4 people! Great value for money! Perfection!

Location is very central with clean, modern amenities. Very spacious for our family of 5.

Huge apartmetnt with 3 bedroom,2 bathroom, living room and a kitchen With all amenities, for an excellent price. Been there with little kids Parking right in front of the building. Definitively recommend it..

It is huge and most is new. Not brand but new. Easy access to the ap. Less traffic in the building. The lady gives me a bigger table because the initial was very smal. Especially for a huge ap. like this.

Missing: Air condition, blinds (just fabric on the windows), equipment in the kitchen. To much too much Spatan. Not worse the price. In addition: The balcony is a joke. Is so smal that a chair havent place to stay and the contruction area behind is very noise. It starts in teh morning some days 6-7 a clock with heavy machine working. The staff from the comapnies smoke under the windows (it was not so heavy but not good if you are a non-snoker). One day without water. Cold light everywhere. Mini TV, fits not in propotion of the big apartment. It looks for me loveless and not for the customer.

It is a beautiful new building; modern, clean and silent. It was a good rest coming home from the sea. The host seaks English very good. :)

Is was difficult to find the building, because several buildings in the area had the same inscription: Kasmir. :) But the Bosnian people were friendly and helpful. I indicated our expected arrival via booking.com, but no one was there. The person who helped us find the building called the host and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for her. It's not very lucky that you have to make a phone call in a country outside the EU... Everything was fine after that.

By far, the best apartment I’ve stayed in. It is very clean and spacious. It’s a very good value for money.
