Chez Esmara et Philippe Grand-Place

Nice location in the center of everything. very clean place and helpful host

The location was incredible, just a short walk to the Grande Place and all of the amazing chocolate boutiques, as well as Mannekin Pis.

Very central location - on a busy street with shops and cafes and just a 3 minute walk to the Grand-Place - yet the bedroom faces the rear so no problem with street noise. Philippe provided very detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment and operate appliances and was available and responsive to questions. The apartment was clean and well-equipped (thankfully including fans).

Wasn't an issue for me but good to note there is no elevator and the staircase is rather narrow, so could be tricky if you have heavy bags.

Great location, only 10mins walk to the Grand Palace or the central station. Despite such central location, the street noise is not much. Well furnished apartment and helpful host.

It'd be great to add a cutting board in the kitchen. The shower room and shower head can be renovated
