extremely comfy matress even for my sensitive back, comfy bed + pillows, great quality duvet great view from the terrace the host handled her hickups regarding check-in very well and was very available felt cozy dishwasher+ elevator was a great plus spaceous bathroom great washing machine (Miele) leather couch (though a bit to soft sitting) netflix, real plant in the room!

cumbersome check-in and some organizational hickups - insufficient written instructions how to find the entrance, wifi password had to be provided additionally, missed to provide towels - very very inconvenient after a long day of travel and when it was almost midnight. Host was ready to compensate me and had great communication very narrow terrace and uncomfy to sit outside some distant street noise
