Да. место расположения дома хорошее, чего не могу сказать о квартире. Нам досталась квартира, которая слева, есть ещё справа. В туалете сильно воняло из сточного люка, вентиляция забита, в квартире тараканы. Утюгом пользоваться невозможно. Микроволновка была грязная. Посуды недостаточно, одной из сковородок пользоваться невозможно. Сделать уборку в квартире проблема, нет инвентаря для уборки, придумывали как могли. Вид с балкона тот ещё. фотографии прилагаются.
