Bij koud en miezerig weer kan je ook de voortreffelijk verwarmende houtkachel inschakelen. De infomap met richtlijnen was meertalig en duidelijk. Kortom, geen onaangename verrassingen dus ookde prijs/kwaliteit was correct.

De buitenfaciliteiten waren denkelijk nog niet 'opgekuist '. We hebben door het slechte weer er ook geen gebruik van kunnen maken maar dit viel ons op, te meer dat binnen wel alles in orde was.

A quiet location and a modern , well equipped property close to the centre of Spa

The only small improvement I would suggest is possibly placing a hand rail in the shower. Otherwise, perfect!

Zeer mooie tuin met speeltuin. Comfortabele slaapgelegenheden, snelle communicatie. Het huis is gelegen nabij het centrum. Een plek waar je graag naar terugkeert.

De vaat (bestek) is niet erg schoon.

Great location, less than 10mins walking from the centre of the city and convenient to go anywhere else from Spa by car. Our kids loved the playground, would have used the outside are more but it was raining. Extra cot was super useful, house was clean and communication with the hosts clear and friendly. Would love to come back in summer!

A fence between the yard and the road to keep the kids in would have been handy :)

"Excellent place to stay in Spa"

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has a lovely courtyard with a place for relaxation and barbecue and even a place for petanque. The house is equipped very well with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is well organised, with two separate bedrooms and a generous living room, everything located on the ground floor. We will come back for sure.
