Veel lawaai op straat de hele nacht, daardoor niet goed kunnen slapen.

Erg duidelijk vermeldt via whatsapp.

De oven deed het niet en sommige krukken hadden kauwgum eronder.

Locatie was super! Deze was dicht aan een parking.

Handenwasser in de badkamer is te klein als spoeltafel.

Perfect location, view of a church and right across the street there is a really nice bakery. Within walking distance you're met with a couple different bars and really pretty buildings. The apartment was clean and smelled really nice, had plenty of towels, and some additional soaps if you forget your own.

The first apartment we were put into (apartment two) had a gas leak, we arrived around 9pm, right at the cut off time for contact with the host. There are not any emergency numbers outside of law enforcement posted on the door. We had no other way of contacting the host, had to text a few times, and call quite a few times until we reached someone to let them know the gas was leaking. They offered us to stay in the hotel despite the leak, saying they would be sending someone tomorrow after we checkout. We let them know it was not safe to stay in the apartment due to the leak and she then asked us if we used the room. Having children, the first thing they did was find their beds and lay in them. She seemed disappointed, which i could understand to an extent. After a few back and forths, they sent us the code to apartment one which was wonderful. They also double charged us city taxes per person, as it was included in the price while booking and was already paid. When we brought up the double charge of city tax, she offered to send 4 euro of the 31 euros total paid for city taxes. We discontinued conversation, she sent us 4 Euro back with our deposit despite paying 31 euros city tax for 6 people for one night.

Súper buena ubicación, bien ubicado a unas cuadras de restaurantes y monumentos

Las escaleras para subir a los depas eran demasiado estrechas y muchísimas por subir. La anfitriona se portó súper grosera cuando hablamos con ella por teléfono, nos hizo ir primero a una dirección lejos para dejar el depósito por daños y después nos dio la ubicación del departamento. Nos hizo pagar 100€ que después fueron reembolsables pero nos hizo pasar un mal rato por el trato que nos dio
