The host is very polite and responds quickly and they were also so kind to offer us a parking spot for extra charge. The studio 1 itself is located in the souterrain of the house where there were a few more appartmens. It's a big enough room for 2-3 people with a double bed and a sleeping couch. It has it's own bathroom and a small kitchenette. The house is located very central yet in a relatively quiet street. It's an affordable place, nothing fancy or special. If you're looking for comfort and more modern place, then look further.

Keep in mind that you will hear the neighbours in the other appartmens. We were woken up around 4-5 in the morning by other people staying in the house. That was very unfortunate. The shower head needs a change, the water comes out of unexpected places.

The only thing that my wife and I liked was the location of the property, which indeed is in the center of Sofia. There was hot water in the apartment. Bedsheets and towels semmed to be clean

Lets get things straight: the location is at the basement, which is never mentioned anywhere. I would have never booked it if I was informed. When you enter into the room a hard smell welcomes you, the same smell you get at the gym locker room. Room height is basically the height of the door. Bed stand is broken, on the floor there are tiles, which for basement is not a good idea in December. Walls are full of dampness. The owner tried to mask it by putting cork on walls, but it got through anyway. It got into the wall cabinets (photos attached). There's mould everywhere on the walls. Thereis no air conditioning - big lie. Never was. We asked the owner to give us something to heat the place. He told us there is central heating (lie again, theis not such thing - there was just one cold iron rusted pipe), but just got broken yesterday. He recommended/ installed a fan from Lidl, noisy and dirty which didn't do much. Remote was dirty, internet connection bad most of the times, shower head broken, there is spiderweb all over the place and black mould. We left one day earlier, because how the place looked like. I think there should be a minimum standard for renting facilities, and some sanitary inspection to check if these people meet it. On the day we left the owner sent me a message stating he will offer me a discount next time if I give him a 10 star review. There's no parking on the site. There is a parking on a different street (right near the Moldavian embassy). There you can park for 25 leva over night, not 20 as it is mentioned. Whatch out, don't pay in advance as we did, because you will not get your money back if you leave earlier. The parking is illegal, they don't give you any receipt, just a postit with a stamp on it.

The location is good and there is a parking nearby for 25 leva per 24 hours which is nice. Also the owner was super responsive on the phone and gave quick directions. Overall the place was cleaned nicely and the bed was comfortable. It is bearable for a night.

It is very humid and damp inside leading to discomfort as the studio is at -1st floor. Also the basin mixer was not fixed and basin piping was leaking into a small bucket underneath.
