Lux Apartment " Central street "

Perfect location in the heart of Burgas and still very quiet. Enough space for two people and middle sized dog, one room with the table and TV, another is a bedroom, so one could have rest while other is still working. Clean, warm and quiet. Our dog has a sense of comfort which we rely on, and he expressed his feeling of perfect peace by laying and falling asleep right on arrival. Host provided us with local app for parking (UrboApp, look in AppStore), so our cost for parking the car was about 4 euros for 24 hours.

Booking.com provides wrong GPS for the location, have no idea intentionally or not, and this is not the first case we failed to find booked apartments using GPS. The navigator (Google Maps) failed to lead us to the location using address from booking.com, but succeeded using address sent by the host (it was in Cyrillic).

The entrance to the apartment is a bit difficult to find but the owner texted me with the photos and were very helpful. The apartment was very good for the price and the kitchen was well equipped. Very close to the shops, restaurants and other city attractions.

we liked the amenities and the fact the place looks very fresh, relaxing and spacey.

it is little tough when finding the address and unlocking some few doors before actually entering the apartment. other than that it is all good with the services they provide. we have managed to get our keys without a life interaction with the staff and weren’t bothered by them at all.

The location was fantastic, you couldn't be more central and close to the best Burgas has to offer! The apartment rooms were very spacious, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our eight day stay. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any messages I sent. One day the window blind in the lounge was stuck, I sent him a message and he arrived within 30 minutes and fixed it quickly. I would happily stay here again next time I visit Burgas.

The only thing I can think of to improve it would be some extra pillows in the bedroom, there was only two (one for my wife and one for me) and I didn't sleep well the first night as my pillow felt too low, and went to buy an extra pillow the next day, and after that I slept fine. Aside from that tiny item, everything was perfect!
