Apartment needs a makeover Could be cleaned better

The host was great with easy check in. The location was amazing, just next to the river with lots of cats around and across the pyramid of the Sun. Quiet and well equiped appartment in the city center with two balconies. Restaurants, bars and markets are 10 mins by walk. I even got my own garage. I recommend this place for a peaceful stay in the city of Pyramids.

Equip the kitchen better

Very nice accommodation close to the city center and close to the pyramid of Sun. Very helpful owner- he complied with our requests. Quality accommodation for a larger team. We slept very well :)..

Spacious apartment, great view, great host

That is very hard to say.... There was hot water and the heating was working almost too well. But here it stops, the rest was total garbage and unacceptable.

1, The address was unfindable after a search of almost half an hour a nice lady showed us were is was. A completely different street. 2, Finally on arrival there was nobody there. Our bell ringing woke up another guest who told us the host was not there. We decided to goo see the Pyramids and return later. On return, still there was no host to be found. Another guest texted him and he finally showed. 3. When showing us the "apartment" we did not feel good about it. Opening a kitchen door there were uncleaned dishes. He then called his cleaning lady and totally flipped out to her... Then we found a waste basket half full and not cleaned. When he left we found more not very nice things, The whole unit was very dirty. 4. It turned out there was NO toilet paper. A message via booking and he reacted that in an hour he would bring some. Since we were going out for dinner, that was not an option. The host came by and brought the toilet paper. 5. We could not use the shower since the wall mount was much too low, only a small child could stand under that shower. 6. We thought about leaving, but it was already so late that was not really an option anymore. Would it have been possible to check-in earlier we would have left. 7. See pictures for yourself and you be the judge. Final: The host and nobody else is responsible for the state the room/apartment is in. He absolutely did NOT check things before our arrival. Screaming and bullying the cleaning lady does not make that better. I only hope he will do better next time, but not with us since there will be no more next time!

Very nice apartment, excellent view from the balcony in one of the bedrooms towards the great Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, very nice kitchen, very nice bathroom, super comfortable beds. Very nice owner / landlord, he even offered to wash my clothes for free… I’m fully satisfied 😊.
