Personal was answering my messages really quickly. Located close to the train station what was one of the main point of choosing the place to stay. Kitchen facilities and tea bags as addition were good.

Terrible old room in an old building. Thin walls and noisy everything (doors, floor, bed). Hear what happens in other rooms and corridor. Toilet lid got broken right away, all was moving. Floor in the room was not straight and creaking. Scary view from the window and really depressing neighbourhood. Toilet is located straight to the wall which makes it not comfortable to use.

Stairs precarious, room was basic, needing repairs, and not very clean.

Good location. Room was clean, despite its old. But it’s absolute ok, if you stay 1-2 days.

The location is 15 min walking distance to Charleroi Centrale train station. There is a place to eat nearby and the city center is across the bridge

The room is at the last level of the house, no lift, 2 stairs x 16 steps each, very abrupt. There is no way you can climb those stairs with luggage. The room is not clean, the bathroom door cannot be closed otherwise you get stuck in the bathroom

Comfortable Apartment Great Location Close To City Center apartment.The comfortable bed was soft enough, friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Heater as the room is a little cold and not good for me

Bad is okay. Not so far from central station

This place should be x3 times cheaper. Location - some kind of ghetto. Especially when it's dark outside, it's starting to be dangerous. I've walked 10 minutes and see 2 guys who are checking machines outside and one drunk guy screaming at me. Sound isolation - 0. Better prepare headphones to sleep. Shower - I've don't risk trying it either. I don't recommend visiting this city in general.

Worst place I ever stayed at.

No trousers, windows didn’t open. Bad smell.
