This place is amazing! Located in a forest, silence and shade, the houses are new, with a minimalist design and a well-equipped kitchen You have everything you need! The hosts are very friendly and attentive to the customers requirements. 2 restaurants nearby, a small and quiet beach 20 min away, supermarket 15 min by car.

sometimes the wi-fi was poor, but we had more time spent together so it was not a real problem for us.

This place is bliss. Located in a place that resembles a small forest, near a hill, close to the beach and the 2 restaurants in Tuzlata. I loved the house, the terrace, the quietness of the place - day and night, the fact that the house is very well kept, equipped and clean. The hosts are great people, very nice and helpful. 😊

I cannot say that there was something I disliked.

No, it’s not perfect. There were some small but annoying problems regarding the property. But still, it’s FAR THE BEST I'VE SEEN SO FAR. The place is fabulous, located in the middle of a forest. You can get to the unpopulated beach on foot (or even by car; the pathway is broad enough for a vehicle). After 500 meters of walking, you can enjoy a clean beach with just a couple of bathers on weekdays and just a few dozen on crowded weekends. Note that we’re talking about a beach that’s roughly 1 km long! The wooden cabin is full of panoramic windows and furniture of excellent taste and the latest design trends. It has a fridge, air conditioner, big TV set, even a dishwasher machine (unfortunately ours was non-functional), comfortable bed, full-featured kitchen, and a beautifully large bathroom. There are 4×2 such apartments in the park (a pair in each wooden cabin). The garden is more than pleasant; there are shadow trees for protecting from excessive canicular heat. There is also plenty of space for parking. Even two good and inexpensive restaurants are just half kilometers from the place. Not to mention Balchik, just a couple of kilometers trip from Tuzlata, a fabled place with former royal residence, famous botanical garden and lots of supermarkets, restaurants etc.

– lack of functioning dishwasher machine (though it was not a big deal to spend 2–3 minutes daily for washing up manually) – poor soundproofing between adjacent apartments – a thermostatic tap would have been more than welcomed for that fluctuating shower temperature – missed an electrical socket near the bed in the gallery for smartphone charging – no grocery in the neighborhood: you have walk more than 1 km through forest to get a really modest one or go to Balchik to find a Lidl, CBA, etc. – the so-called Starlink internet is a nightmare. Moreover, the poor 3G/4G signal wasn't for a great help either (Vodafone enables roaming just for A1 Bulgaria, with barely acceptable coverage in this zone). So, if you want to work during the holidays, try to find a spare internet source!

Very nice and cozy place. I liked the room very much. The bed was amazing! Everything was fully working and furnished. You had glasses, everything. All very clean!!

Price was a bit too high, but for what has to offer it was ok. We payed 440 bgn for 2 nights.

The apartment is brand new with stylish furnishing and nice final tuches. Rooms are well organized, bathroom and kitchen is very nice as well. Bedroom has a nice size with a small working table, 3rd and 4th people/kids can decide if they wanna sleep on the couch or on the gallery. The house is divided in 2 but each apartment is still spacious and as an addition terrace is huge, wich is great. You can hang up your hammock on the trees and enjoy the silence, or use the grill. :) Air conditioning works perfectly. We loved that it is environmentally friendly and operates with renweable energies. There is a really quiet and nice beach 15min walk from the house. Host was teling us every tip we needed to know and was very friendly and helpful. It is a great place we'd come back with pleasure.

It would be nice to know in advance that google drives you on the wrong way so you won't make unnecessary extra turns. The pictures gave the impression that it is a full and lonely house next to the beach, but it turned out on the spot that there is more than one house and it is even divided in 2 (pictures are refreshed since than). Despite that, we found it nice and big enough. Kitchen is almost perfect only a few practical things were missing that helps if you are actually cooking in it (like cutting board, cheese grater, wooden spoon). Wifi is not the best.

The houses are perfect, well equipped. I love the kitchen knives! You can chill under in trees from the garden. We did our shopping in Balcik at Lidl and for snacks we took a walk till Aldo from White Lagoon. There is a beach near accomodation but we chose to go by car to Adorra Beach. Half of the beach is without sunbeds and closer to nature. Nikolay is an amazing host. Just go and enjoy Tuzlata!
