Apartment with free covered parking - City Center

Helpful information from host on how to get to the apartment by public transport. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation, very easy walking distance to city, shops, restaurants and main sights.

Some difficulty getting the keys from the box because the style of lock box was awkward to access in such a small space, However that aside it was no real problem.

Communication was easy, everything went super smooth.

Everything was good. There was coffee, but only for the first day and no sugar at all. Not a big issue, but knowing it in advance would have helped.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a great location to explore beautiful Ghent on the doorstep. Having parking was very helpful.

We had a little difficulty finding the property but once found it was worth it 👌

A beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment in the center of Ghent. The apartment is equipped with a large kitchen and a kitchen island. In the kitchen you could find everything you need. The living room was huge and the small attached terrace rounded it all off wonderfully. There is also a separate utility room with washer and dryer and a separate room where the trash can is. The apartment has two stylishly furnished bedrooms. The only shower is integrated in the master bedroom. The toilet is separate for all to reach via the hallway. Very good are all the necessary information deposited in the apartment, (waste separation, Internet, etc.). Little thing - but very helpful! The old town of Ghent is just around the corner within walking distance. Even though the windows of the bedrooms were facing the street, you could sleep very well here, because there was hardly any traffic on the street. The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage. With my SUV it was a small adventure to park here. However, you don't really need a car in Ghent, we could reach everything by bus, streetcar or on foot.

To find something negative I have to search long... Yes, I have found something: The living area is very very large and the existing decoration swallows unfortunately too little the sound. ;-)

The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a few minutes walk from the main sites, but situated on a quiet street with off street parking below the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Anneke was very good. We would definitely stay again.

Some areas such as the floor could perhaps do with a deep clean but everything in the kitchen was very clean, as was the toilet, shower etc.
