Well located (walking distance from the South and West bus station, to the center and the beach). There is all you need to cook and you have a decent supermarket just across the street.

The fridge can be noisy and it's annoying at night.

Cozy and quiet apartment, with two balconies! Walking distance to everything, including train station. Bus to airport nearby. The owner was very friendly and great service. Easy checkin. Very good value for money. The place has everything you need - I was also able to do a late check out. Highly recommended.

The studio is tiny but cozy and had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. I traveled for work and chose the apartment because of its proximity to the school I was visiting. I didn't realize the studio is also only a 15-min walk from the Sea Garden and the sea, and it's also less than a 10-min walk from the city center. Perfect location! I was also able to walk from and to the train station (about a 20-min walk). There's a grocery store right across from the building and the studio is within walking distance from several restaurants. There isn't really a dining table/chair combo, but the setup that's there worked well for me to work from and also eat. Note that the bathroom is quite tiny. It worked for me, but if you are a larger than an average person, it may not be the most comfortable for you. I really loved that there are two balconies, one facing east so I woke up to beautiful views of the sunrise. Great stay!

The location was amazing, close to the city center and beach. A grocery store and restaurants were also close. The place was small but cozy, had everything you would need. Definitely recommend!

May need more pots, pans, and extra trash bags.
