Spacious, pretty beautiful apartment. Well-equipped and in excellent location. Two separate rooms and kitchen with all the required facilities. Washing machine and dryer!

The only serous downside is the elevator in the building. We spent two whole weeks in this apartment (3rd floor) and it didn't work almost all the time and when it did - we got stuck...

Appartement très bien situé, près des attractions touristiques qui pour information sont gratuites ! Appartement traversant ce qui permet de faire du courant d'air quand il fait chaud. Double vitrage efficace contre le bruit de la circulation. Rue tranquille la nuit. Attention à l'arrivée à l'aéroport. Si vous avez besoin d'un taxi refusez ceux qui vous accostent et dirigez vous vers ceux qui sont stationnés devant l'aéroport.

Un torchon serait le bienvenu. Tout était parfait.

"Perfect location and value for stay in Sofia"

Very big apartment equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is perfect: it is very close to central transportation and pubs/restaurants.

The drainage system seems to be old and requires special attention and periodic maintenance. The water in the bathtub drained slowly, causing flooding after a few minutes of washing.

This is a really nice apartment. Plenty of space, newly renovated with appealing modern furnishings, centrally located, a nice balcony perched over a quiet, leafy courtyard.

The apartment is really nice. The location is perfect and it was easy to obtain the keys. The house was provided with all necessities along with spices and spot where to dry clothes. The ACs were quite strong which was good because the weather was really cold. I strongly recommend staying there.
