Parking très proche et gratuit . Endroit très calme , bord du lac . Rien à dire , nous reviendrons l année prochaine . Merci GRAFTIAUX JULIEN

A parte che quando siamo arrivati era un po sporco ,il proprietario e stato disponibile a rispondere ma non ha reagito subito secondo le aspettative,diciamo che non si è impegnato molto a risolvere il problema a spostarsi o a comunicare a qualcuno del nostro problema subito ,un po delusi ma va bene lo stesso, per me bisognerebbe controllare bene prima dell arrivo delle persone le stanze,con la dovuta pulizia e tutto quello che riguarda la disposizione delle attrezzature, su quello che si utilizza durante il soggiorno, ci vuole spesso un accurato controllo delle cose,e anche un intervento quando succede qualcosa e non fare aspettare molto la gente..

Au niveau de l’établissement et du logement rien à dire : on a une très jolie vue et l’appartement est plutôt bien situé.

Je n’ai franchement pas apprécié que seulement 40€ soit restitué sur ma caution de 50€ en me disant à la fin que c’est pour les taxes de la ville (sans me prévenir avant), de plus j’ai moi même géré un logement sur booking et je sais que les taxes sont payés directement par l’application…

Nichts Es ist eine Lüge

Der Vermieter ist ein großer hinterhältiger Lügner. Seit beinahe 4 Wochen warte ich auf meine 50 € deposit welche ich ihm vor Eintritt in das Appartement überweisen musste. Ich fand eine extrem dreckige Wohnung vor, welche ich zunächst sauber zu machen hatte... überall Haare.. Krümel... Das Klo war vollgeschissen.. Schamhaare auf einem Tisch.. in den Ecken Staub und Essensreste etc Dies hatte ich auch gleich dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und zudem als Beweis Fotos gesendet. Bis heute hatte er mich wegen der Kaution hingehalten und nun mitgeteilt dass ich aufgrund irgendwelcher Beschwerden meine Kaution nicht erhalten werde. UND DAS, obwohl mein Kollege und ich, zusammen die Wohnung komplett gereinigt hatten mit Wischmop und Staubsauger und ihn auch dafür Beweisvideos und Fotos geschickt hatten. Das ist eine absolute Katastrophe dieser Vermieter und booking sollte diese Person sperren und bestrafen. Zudem war die Balkontür defekt- die ließ sich nicht verschließen- auch dies teilte ihh dem Vermieter mit... später entdeckte ich in den Kundenbewertungen, dass die Balkontür bereits seit über 2 Jahren als defekt gemeldet wurde. Der Vermieter kümmert sich also um überhaupt nichts. Er lockt mit einem günstigen Angebot und zockt dann auf diesen Wege- dass er die Kaution einbehält, seine Kunden ab. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und stinksauer- 50 € sind für mich viel Geld und ich hoffe das dieser Verbrecher gesperrt wird, damit nicht noch weitere Personen auf diesen Verbrecher reinfallen. Zudem gibt es NUR ein Zimmer und nicht Zwei. Auch dies ist eine Lüge.

It was nice that there was a swimming pool

Blood-stained bedding—a disgusting sight. The owner doesn't check the bedding at all, and doesn't keep it clean. The apartment looks like someone's grandparents left behind. There's an unpleasant smell inside. Overall, I don't recommend it. The photos on Booking.com show three sofas, but there's only one sofa and one bed. Don't be fooled. The security deposit is refundable after a week—not true. I wasn't even informed of the intention to withhold my deposit under the pretext of numerous hairs. When I asked for photos, I received nothing. Overall, I don't recommend it. A liar and a fraud. I won't be adding any more photos of dirty, bloody sheets because no one wants to look at that...

The property is not a two-bedroom apartment. It is a studio with a tiny kitchen and a single room that can be divided into two sections using a foldable screen. Overall, the space feels rather tired and is in need of redecoration. The worst part of our stay was dealing with the host. Two days before our arrival, we received lengthy check-in instructions written in incomprehensible, rude text-speak. We were informed that bedding would not be provided. Coming from the UK—where bedding is always included—we were surprised. However, after traveling through Belgium, we realized it is relatively common in this region for hosts not to supply bedding. At the time, we were cycling through Belgium and already en route, so we didn’t have any with us. The host agreed to provide bedding for an additional fee. The instructions also stated that a €50 deposit had to be paid into a private account, and that we were responsible for cleaning the apartment after our stay, taking photos, and emailing them to the host in order to have the deposit returned. This would be unthinkable in the UK, but we followed the instructions nonetheless. Despite complying, we received a rude message in text-speak from the host, claiming we hadn’t sent the required photos. The deposit was eventually returned—two weeks later instead of the one week promised—and not in full; €10 was deducted without explanation. None of this was communicated to us at the time of booking, and the entire process was extremely unpleasant. I would recommend everyone to avoid this property.
