Varna Classic Apartments

The apartment was clean and the furniture was comfortable there was a lift in the building and have helped my wife with the mobility issues. The staff was super responsive when we had the issues with the hot water. The apartment doesn't require a keys which makes it way more easy to come and go as you like without worrying about carrying a spare keys with you. Access was by code on the door at the apartment and on the entrance. There was a 4 k tv with all the entertainment and also all the necessities as dishwasher dryer and washing machine. The place had a terrace and a great area to sit down and get a fresh air. The fridge was american style and clean also thr apartment have had all the necessary plates and kitchen equipment required for you to feel at home. The location was exceptional and close to all the nice restaurants and sea garden. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were also spacious. The place was soundproof and also have had a heated bathroom floors that you can activate the bathrooms are modern and the hot water heats really quick when you use the showers.

Some of the bowls and dishes were dirty and smelly. We had to re wash them. A few of the knife's were dirty and have had some adhesive residue on the blade. Not ice trays just a ice packs. The hairdryer was stolen but that was not the fault of the company. Maybe a cleaning service would have been great 2-3 days a week as the corridor have had some oddur and floors outside the apartment was slightly greasy and dirty. Price can be a bit cheaper for what we have paid. And also the reception area could do with someone to be there instead of been used for storage.
