First, and foremost the spa tub was the most delightful part of the stay. The bed was comfortable. There was an enclosed balcony that was delightful to sit on and the host provided a lot of great amenities like coffee, sugar, napkins, towels, detergent, bubble bath, soap, and extra towels. The property itself was clean with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom.

In all honesty, the elevator was the worst I've seen in Bulgaria it looked like it belonged in a horror film. The floor appeared to be rotting out and it was super slow and small. It actually stopped working on the last day and we had to carry our luggage down 9 flights of stairs. The toilet in the bathroom had an awful smell coming up from the sewage and was very dirty at the bottom. I sealed it off with the garbage can. We also could not use the fireplace as it was purely decorative and there was an issue getting the tv in the bedroom to work. It wasn't as close to the center as stated and it was a bit of a walk. Taxis from the center were hard to flag down, so I had to walk back on several occasions.
