Guest Rooms Stay Nexus

The location was perfect. The balcony was a big plus. The room and the bathroom were clean.

The towels were washed, but they had stains on them. Not enough pillows. Very uncomfortable beds. When we booked it was advertised as a double bed. However there was 1 very small double bed, 1 single and 1 foldaway single bed.

Horrible experience. Nothing at all was goid. I requested refund. Room dirty, bed blanket overused and dirty. Dust, bad smell all over the room. The bathroom was not private usenat daud from someone at reception, during my few hours there, someone has used the bathroom twice, also the bathroom had not keys so anyone could use it, as happened in fact.
