Mooie lokatie dicht bij centrum en parkeerplaats

Sommige dingen werkten niet zoals de afzuigkap en haperende verlichting badkamer.

Toegang hoofdingang met code , toegang appartement met sleutelkluis . De codes en toegangsmethode werden erg duidelijk gecommuniceerd en op deze manier ben je erg vrij in het aankomstuur . Geen stress bij eventuele vertraging of file . Zeer snelle en correcte communicatie via de app

Er waren erg weinig vorken beschikbaar maar na melding via bericht in de app was dit snel opgelost en werden er extra vorken geleverd

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: unkomplizierter Check-in mit Türcode, stilvolles Appartment in zentraler Lage und die Einwohner von Malmedy: durchweg sehr freundliche und offene Menschen :)

Very clean and great location!!

Location was ok

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The space felt unclean and neglected, the bed linens were visibly stained, the sofa was dirty and had an unpleasant odour, and both the bathroom and kitchen were in need of a thorough cleaning. While the location was convenient for our plans, we found the state of the property unacceptable and chose to leave after the first night and check into a hotel instead. I’m sharing this not to be harsh, but to highlight that offering substandard accommodation is not fair to paying guests. If you're going to operate a rental, please ensure it meets basic cleanliness and comfort standards. Guests deserve to feel respected and safe in the spaces they book.

Location

The bathroom is in need of some attention. The shower leaks. Lot of rust. Very damp. The cushions there were stains on the sheets! The fan in the lounge moves around the room when you turn it on. Traffic noise.

Very nice and convenient stay! The host was amazing.
