Nice 1BD Apartment next to Medical University by Flat Mаnager

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The check in instructions were easy to follow and the host was very helpful.

The location was great for us. There was grocery store next to the entrance. Internet was very good, which is very important to us. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to the keys. A lots of shops and restaurants around. Our friends live nearby.

Let me start with the bad communication with the company who manages the apartment. I had the feeling that we dealt with a robot. The headquarter manager had to contact the associates in the city in order to resolve any issue. From the first day we inform them for not working coffee machine and lights in the bathroom that needed replacement. Small problems, but affect the comfort. Can't go all the time out to grab a cup of coffee any time we want coffee. Can't shave, because the bathroom was half dark. It took them five days. On the fifth day of our stay we got contacted when will be ok for them to come and fix the problems. It did not matter any more, so we turn them away. And something, which is not anyone's fault. The apartment was facing very busy and noisy street. The worst part was the 24/7 beeping noise from the traffic light at the nearest crossroad. It pears your brain every 30 seconds, the worse is at night when the city noise is less. Almost forgot about the sofa, couch. There is a picture, no need of words.

The property needs to be cleaned and maintained properly.

Great location, very nice apartment. Parking is free, but we could always find a place. Grossary store by the entrace. 🙂❤️
