Zoya Apartment

Hosts, location, amenities. Hosts were very nice people and ready to help with anything. Close to the park, beach and restaurants. Liked the balconies with clothes lines, where you can hang your beach towels and clothes to dry up .

Shower cabin too small/uncomfortable for me (I am a fat guy).

The apartment was in a very good part of the city - right in the center. The sea, downtown, and the main streets of the city were close to the house. The owner was very kind and welcoming. He greeted us warmly, showed us the apartment, explained all the details, and even gave us a tour of the city. :) He showed us a few places of interest, told us about the city, what is worth seeing, and what is worth tasting. We were pleasantly surprised. :)

There were a few things we didn't like. First, on the first evening, we couldn't find the light in the main hall, so we had to climb to the second floor in the dark. It was quite uncomfortable because the stairs were steep. Second, there was a smell of cigarettes in the apartment. We are non-smokers, so this smell was very annoying to us. We kept the windows open for two days to let the smell dissipate a bit, but we could still smell it when we left. Therefore, we couldn't find a hair dryer - it's an essential item, especially for women, so this should definitely be addressed. Additionally, there was no radiator in the apartment where we could dry our wet clothes. If this is a rental apartment for guests, the hosts should consider this. It is an important aspect for those arriving outside the warmest season. There was also no iron, although there was an ironing board. :) Either we couldn't find it, or it was placed somewhere out of sight. If you have an ironing board, please place the iron nearby as well. :)

Excellent location, a few minutes to the sea and the main road. Great hosts! The only minus is that there was no hair dryer in the apartment as stated. They had some old hair dryer comb that you can't do anything with. Otherwise, everything is great!

There were ants in the kitchen and the corridor.

The host was very kind, assisted with the luggage and provided very useful information. The location is amazing right next to the garden and city centre. The accommodation is very accessible, located on the first floor. There are toys for the kids including sand toys and a beach umbrella. There was a solid matres provided for the baby cot, which was amazing

The apartment was not clean - there was fur on the floors, the bathroom also needed additional cleaning, thankfully there was cleaning supplies. The furniture is very outdated, the matres in the master bedroom is damaged - there are springs coming out of the mattress pockets and whenever you turn there is a very strong noise - it woke the baby every single time when someone turned. The washing machine is not working properly, which was very inconvenient as we needed it for the baby clothes. There are mosquito nets on only 2 windows, which makes most of the windows/doors unusable, as there are a lot of insects.

The host is a very kind person. He will show you around the city and show you interesting places. The apartment is very close to the park, restsurants and the beach.

The washing maschine does not work as it should, does not spin, the clothes are all wet.

Nice, spacious apartment in a most comfortable central location.
