The property is on 5th floor and does not have lift. Pay attention if you have small kids or elderly person.

"It is a lovely apartment, with everything you need for a short or long stay, very well located."

The central location, the interior, the facilities, the games, the appliances, the windows. The house has everything you need to work, stay, and have your meals. The stairs are old and look worse at first glance.

The old stairs, the closed door inside the apartment, and the bed (it wasn´t made at our arrival and the sheets had some hairs, even though they seemed to have been washed).

Super well equipped, has everything for a long stay, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it and it feels like a home away from home! I’d definitely stay here again!

The sound of the tram was a bit loud but I got used to it quickly so it wasn’t a problem.

"Pleasant stay, would come again."

Very clean and convenient for a couple of people.

There is no elevator and the flat is on the 5th floor.
